About

My style is client-centered, authentic and strengths-based. I will be a catalyst for helping you to see and understand yourself, so that you can live your life at your highest potential. Through active listening, empathy, and validation of experience, we will uncover the courage and skills you have within you in order to achieve positive, lasting change.

My approach utilizes Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Radical Self Acceptance techniques, Mindfulness and Family Systems theory. I aim to foster a culturally sensitive environment and to be compassionate, open and thoughtful in my work with clients. I especially welcome those in the LGBTQ+ community--and those who are questioning their sexuality or gender.

Life will always have challenging or difficult times. Together we will help you to develop and strengthen the life-lasting skills you need to manage your mood, stress and relational difficulties. This collaborative process will leave you feeling resilient, understood and ready to engage more fully in your life.
